Use of Services
HUNT0 provides a platform for discovering, submitting, and voting on new AI and SaaS products. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
User Accounts
When you create an account on HUNT0, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Product Submissions
When submitting products to HUNT0, you agree that:
- You have the right to submit and represent the product
- All information provided is accurate and not misleading
- The product does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
- You will maintain at least one valid contact method
Voting and Reputation
HUNT0 features a reputation system that affects voting weight. You agree to:
- Vote authentically based on your genuine interest in products
- Not engage in vote manipulation or coordinated voting schemes
- Not create multiple accounts to artificially inflate votes
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to HUNT0, including product descriptions, comments, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant HUNT0 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use HUNT0 in any way that violates applicable laws
- Submit spam, fraudulent, or misleading products
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to manipulate rankings or reputation scores
- Scrape or collect user data without permission
- Interfere with the platform's security or functionality
Paid Services
HUNT0 offers paid launch slots. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Products that violate these Terms may be removed without refund.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Limitation of Liability
HUNT0 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of HUNT0 after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
