- Tone adjustment — Each draft offers More Precise, Warmer, and Add Humor controls, plus a Tweak option, so wording adapts to the person you are replying to.
- Multi-app drafting — Drafts appear inside Slack, WhatsApp, Gmail, iMessage, Google Chat, X, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord, WeChat, and Lark without switching apps.

- Calendar handoff — When a reply proposes a meeting, ToneBird offers to add the event to your calendar with the proposed time and location.
How does ToneBird work?
Open a reply in your app, then click the orb or press Option twice on Mac or Ctrl twice on Windows. Pick a reply from the alternatives using the arrow keys, tweak the wording if needed, and insert it. ToneBird then asks you to confirm the send before the message goes out.
