FAQ

Does Spinyield read my code or files?

No. Spinyield only monitors the spinner state in Claude Code's status bar to determine when to insert a sponsored line. It never accesses your code, files, or prompts.

How much can I earn?

Earnings depend on impression volume and advertiser demand. Illustrative rates: $0.035 per impression, $0.175 per click, $1.75 per verified signup. With 1,000 impressions, you could earn up to $35.00 from impressions alone.

How do I cash out?

Payouts are processed via Stripe once your earnings reach a minimum of $10. Earnings begin accruing from day one.

Which agents are supported?

Spinyield currently supports Claude Code in terminal CLI and VS Code. Codex is on the roadmap; OpenCode and Cursor are listed as "waiting on upstream" or "coming soon".

Is Spinyield secure?

Yes. The one-line install script is open (you can inspect it) and Spinyield does not modify your code or output. It only adds a sponsored line to the status bar during agent thinking.
