You get a radiology report back and cannot read it. Then keep asking follow-up questions about your own report in chat.

The pipeline is deliberately conservative. The upload is checked for MIME type, size and resolution first; one multimodal model call then runs four steps in order — form its own reading of the image, classify the study, extract metadata, and finally write the report or refuse the input. The exam date is overwritten server-side instead of trusted to the model. A selfie, a handwritten clinic note or a blurry photo gets refused with an explanation rather than interpreted anyway.
