Independent PS2 Web Recomp setup and compatibility guide
PS2 Web Recomp is an independent English-language community guide to the experimental open-source PlayStation 2 static recompilation project. It brings together upstream source links, Windows build and setup instructions, Chrome and Edge WebGPU requirements, troubleshooting, and documented compatibility notes for showcased games including Gran Turismo 4 and God of War II. The site helps retro-gaming enthusiasts and developers understand the project and prepare their own game-specific local builds with legally obtained game data. It is free to read and requires no account. It does not host game images or ready-to-play builds and is not affiliated with Sony or the upstream project's official website.
