Ondine sells French madeleines baked in Bangkok. Each madeleine has a crisp golden edge, a soft middle and the classic hump on the back. The shop bakes them every morning and delivers them the same day.
Customers build a box of 3 or 5 madeleines and choose from 12 flavours. Flavours on the site include Amlou, salted butter caramel, dark chocolate, lemon meringue, dulce de leche and orange blossom. A box can be sent today or on a later date.
Each box can include a wish card. The message is written at checkout and printed on the card. The site also lists a signature box of 5 madeleines.
