How does IMAP Backup for Mac and Windows Tool work?
Users provide IMAP server login details along with the IMAP host name and port number; no other application is required. For batch mode, credentials for all IMAP accounts are saved in a CSV file and uploaded via the Add CSV button after choosing Use Batch Mode. The tool then connects to each account, displays their mail folders in the left pane, and performs the backup to the selected destination.
