It takes user inputs such as location, property type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and price range, and returns a filtered list of verified properties for sale, rent, lease, or commercial use. The platform runs as a web application accessible via any browser and also offers an Android mobile app (iOS coming soon). It is developed and operated by Expert Listing Nigeria.

- Property type filters — Choose from Studio Apartment, Apartment, Detached, Semi-Detached, Terrace, Land, Bungalow, Maisonette, Self Contained, Hostel, or Penthouse. Multiple types can be selected simultaneously.
- Bed and bath range sliders — Select bed counts from Any, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5+ and bath counts from Any, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6+ to narrow results.
- Price range slider — Set a minimum and maximum price in Nigerian Naira (₦0 to ₦500,000,000+), with a reset button for quick clearing.
- Rent type options — When searching for rental properties, filter by Yearly, Monthly, Weekly, or Shortlet.
- Professional profiles — Browse verified agents, brokers, and developers with ratings, profile descriptions, and links to their listed properties. Featured profiles on the homepage include Propati Radar Ltd, Hillstar Nigeria Limited, Veritasi Homes and Properties Plc, and Premiumhomes.
- Off-Plan property filter — A dedicated category to find pre-construction or under-development properties for sale.
- Mobile app availability — The full Expert Listing experience is accessible via a downloadable Android app (Google Play Store), with an iOS version listed as “Coming Soon.”
