    About this product

BulkPicTools is a browser-based batch image processing suite that runs 100% locally — no uploads, no servers, no accounts. It provides 63 free tools for compressing, converting, cropping, editing, and applying AI effects to 200+ images at once, using WebAssembly and WebWorkers.

    What is BulkPicTools?

BulkPicTools is a free, offline-capable image processor that runs entirely inside your browser. It accepts JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, GIF, and SVG files — including whole folders and ZIP archives — and outputs processed results as individual files or a ZIP download. Built by the BulkPicTools team, it uses Canvas and WebWorkers for all computation; images never leave your device.

    Key Features

    • Zero-upload privacy — All processing happens on your CPU/GPU via WebAssembly. Your images are never sent to any server, and no account is required.
    • Batch up to 200+ images — Drop a folder or ZIP containing hundreds of files; every tool processes them in parallel, with real-time progress.
    • Tool chaining without re-upload — After one operation (e.g. HEIC→JPG), the result feeds directly into the next tool (compress, crop, resize) in the same session — no intermediate downloads.
    • Local AI models — Background removal, face blur (auto-detect), image upscaling (2×/4×), and watermark removal run locally after a one-time model download (WebGPU/WASM). No cloud API key needed.
    • 63 free tools — Categories include compress (to exact sizes like 100KB, 1MB, 20KB), convert (HEIC to JPG, PNG to JPG, SVG to PNG, WebP to JPG, etc.), crop (passport photo, 2×2 inch, circle, bulk), edit (merge, pixelate, round corners, split), GIF editor (maker, resizer, speed changer, trimmer, frame extractor), resize (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, bulk), rotate/flip, watermark, EXIF viewer/editor, and adjust (brightness, grayscale, invert).
    • Works offline — After initial page load, all tools function without internet connectivity.
    • Browser extension: BulkPicBridge — A Chrome extension (install free) that lets you send images from any webpage to BulkPicTools with one click.
    • Scene pages — Guided workflows for specific tasks: passport photo cropper (30+ countries), e-commerce batch (AI background removal + compress), app icon export (all platform sizes), and more in development.

    Who is it for?

    • Privacy-conscious users — Anyone who refuses to upload personal photos (IDs, passports, sensitive documents) to cloud servers. BulkPicTools processes everything locally.
    • E-commerce sellers — Batch remove backgrounds, compress to spec, and resize product images for Shopify, Amazon, or Taobao listings — all in one session without re-uploading.
    • Social media managers — Resize one image for Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook using dedicated resizers with platform-specific dimensions.
    • Developers and designers — Convert SVG icon sets to PNG at 1×/2×/3×, export app icons for iOS/Android/Web, or batch convert HEIC photos from iPhones to JPG for cross-platform use.
